I would like to make a scheduled backup of MoWeS. However when I do this I can not copy all files as some files are in use when MoWeS is running.

Is it possible using some simple commands in a batchfile to stop MoWeS, Apache and MySQL, than make the backup of all files in the MoWeS folder and than start MoWeS again?
