			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have the same problem on 2 different PC with WIN XP SP2 running mowes from C: disc<br />Apache dies after starting and this error appears:</p><p>(OS 10048)Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port)<br />is normally permitted.&nbsp; : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80<br />no listening sockets available, shutting down<br />Unable to open logs</p><p>How to fix it?</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>additional information -</p><p>running httpd.exe gives &quot;Syntax error on line 64 of G:/Server/apache2/conf/httpd.conf:&nbsp; ServerRoot must be a valid directory.</p><p>Line 64 of httpd.conf is: ServerRoot &quot;G:/Server/apache2&quot;</p><p>Seems correct to me, furthermore, the same httpd.exe file runs fine on xp machine although it is a different httpd.conf because the thumb is a different drive letter on that system.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Starting up MOWES ok<br />Apache and Mysql both start then<br />Apache dies and is listed in red as not started.</p><p>Vista...<br />Works fine when I end Mowes and move the thumb drive to my xp machine.<br />when I move it back to notebook same thing happens.</p>]]></description>
