And I forgot to mention, wp-admin opens up ok. The windows error shows up on that "Apache HTTP server had a problem and must be shut down" . This happens when you try to load the page that shows the option of changing the blog's name.

what does the error.log in apache2\logs say?

Hello! I recently downloaded a new package of mowes (I had previously used another with moodle only, and it worked like a charm!) containing joomla, moodle, phpmyadmin, apache2, MySQL5, PHP5 and Wordpress, of course.

I configured and installed mowes and wordpress (the other i have not checked upon them), and everything was working fine. I installed and configured the comicpress theme, two plugins and all was fine.

UNITIL I changed the blog's name and description! Now, everytime I fire up mowes, got php and apache working, and try to access my localhost/wordpress blog apache crashes! but it is still appearing to work on the panel. And the localhost/index.php also works.

I got this message only when I try to access the wordpress blog. This crash makes no sense! i tried long and short names and descriptions but absolutely have no idea what's going on.

maybe if I can get the name of the blog back again (through the myphpadmin) it'll work again. By the way, I'm using a Kingston 2Gb pendrive and Win XP.
