Topic: MoWeS Portable III development started

Today I started the coding of MoWeS Portable III.

The first steps I did was to create a MoWeS Core class that will contain all the main functions, subs and variables to manage the whole system.
Everything else will be build around that.

The next steps I am going to do is writing the parser for the MoWeS Mixer Script and a new package generator.
