log in for wordpress

Everything went fine with my install.  The first time I ran wordpress it worked fine and took the admin/password stuff, but after I changed the theme of my blog it got ride of the log in link and when I go to the wordpress.org site to log in it says that the stuff is wrong.  Can anyone help?
