Topic: MySQL error (.err) file, now will not start/write data!

Not sure what happened - possibly restarted without shutting down the mysql server.

In any case, when I start MoWeS it displays MySQL as running in the GUI, but not running in http://localhost/start

I ran through the forums and found nothing of help.
Running the command line mysql.exe just flashes for an instant and issues a computer beep.

The error file is as follows:
Nazznet.err
InnoDB: The log sequence number in ibdata files does not match
InnoDB: the log sequence number in the ib_logfiles!
090712 10:22:13  InnoDB: Database was not shut down normally!
InnoDB: Starting crash recovery.
InnoDB: Reading tablespace information from the .ibd files...
InnoDB: Restoring possible half-written data pages from the doublewrite
InnoDB: buffer...

Version: '5.1.35-community'  socket: ''  port: 3306  MySQL Community Server (GPL)

Can someone help me here?  I'm very new to MySQL.  Does this mean i have to start my database over?  It has quite a few weeks of accumulated data on it.

Regards,
Nazz

Haha well I ended up saying F it, dumping the database, reinstalling MySQL, and reinstating the database/permissions.  All is well now.. Don't know what the problem was though.
