how to restore old wiki files

Hello all,

I've installed mowes portable some time ago and it was working wonderful for me.
Recently i had to use the usb drive and I just copied the files to another place,
after my project i formatted the usb and install the mowes portable again.
I had nice media-wiki created before.
Is there a way to copy back some of the data so I will get my wiki back?
I did not use the mowes interface to create a backup.
What files are responsible for media-wiki in mowes portable?
