Changes concerning MoWeS Premium

Hi guys,

within the next days project MoWeS will start. In this thread I want to keep you updated about the upcoming changes and projects.

One of the first steps that will be taken is the change of MoWeS Premium. All MoWeS Premium user will be assigned to four different categories:

1) Bronze: Donation between €1.5 and €5, only package access, no support
2) Silver: Donation between €5 and €10, package access and 4 support tickets
3) Gold: Donation between €10 and €20, package access and 12 support tickets
4) Platin: Donation above €20, package access and infinite support tickets

All existing MoWeS Premium users will be assigned to their categories and will support tickets get filled up, no matter how many they used till doay.

Why do we have to do that?
Because there are people out there that donate €1,50 and then expect us to give a lot of support. This is just not possible and the time I need for other projects is missing then.
