Topic: MediaWiki Page Not Found

I installed MoWeS Portable 2 with MediaWiki Application, and I'm following http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:In … _(Windows) these instructions. I can't "run MediaWiki web configuration". Help is greatly appreciated!

I didn't need to do that... just open up mediawiki from your start page.
