Topic: I don't see the startpage

I downloaded it a few times with different packages and it still won't works.When it should show me the start site,I don't see anything.Just a empty white page.I put the port 80 to 81 that Apache runs.MySQL runs also,so there can't be the mistake.Can anybody help me to see the start page?
